Push

We all need ‘Push’ to get things done. If you have managed projects, you know what I am talking about. You could have managed just yourself or a team.

There are many ways in which the push can arrive. You can have deadlines that make the push come through; you can create a fear of losing jobs or marks, that can deliver the push; the push could arrive as adverse consequences.

You can make sure there is motivation – Motivation is when you / your team wants the world to see their work. When there is pride in the work that is being done. Then the push comes from within.

Motivation is the push that arrives from within and its the best kind of push!
